The head of the Institutional Development Division of SEC, Rusudan Ananiashvili, conducted a webinar for the pupils of public schools. The meeting was held in the framework of the project “Generation of Future”. The mentioned program is implemented by the Education Development and Employment Training Center, supported by the American Organization PH International and funded by USAID. The project is also supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Ajara Autonomous Republic.
The representative of SEC explained taken measures by Election Administration to prevent the spread of Covid-19, talked about challenges and plans of EMB in the time of the global pandemic. The history of the elections, the importance of a single vote, and the online services of the election administration were also discussed during the meeting.
Overall, twenty-five pupils of the public schools participated in the event.
