At the meeting held on May 25, the Supreme Election Commission elected Tornike Mzhavanadze as a Deputy Chairperson. Majority of SEC members supported his candidacy.

At the same session, some procedural issues were discussed. The commission made amendments with 5/2019 and 6/2019 SEC  ordinances of December 25. The SEC also adopted an ordinance about approving the budget statement 2021.
